FDA fully approves Inluriyo plus Verzenio combo for advanced ER+ breast cancer, doubling progression-free survival.

The FDA has granted full approval to Eli Lilly's Inluriyo (imlunestrant) combined with Verzenio (abemaciclib) for treating adults with estrogen receptor-positive (ER+), HER2-negative, ESR1-mutated advanced or metastatic breast cancer after progression on endocrine therapy. This approval follows the Phase 3 EMBER-3 trial, where the combination doubled median progression-free survival to 11.1 months compared to 5.5 months with Inluriyo alone. The all-oral regimen targets two key drivers of tumor growth with manageable side effects and no new monitoring requirements. This treatment offers a significant new option for patients with resistant ER+ breast cancer and is now available in the U.S.

Following the FDA approval of Eli Lilly's Inluriyo combined with Verzenio, Eli Lilly's stock (LLY) trades at USD 1,148.05 on Pluang as of Sep 19, 2026 01:04 WIB, showing a slight 0.35% decline in one day. The stock holds a market cap of $1.03 trillion and has a dividend yield of 0.6%, with typical investor hold time around 92 days. Current Pluang order activity leans more towards selling at 63%.
