Evernorth has filed a $44 million equity award for CEO Asheesh Birla in an SEC filing as it progresses its merger with Armada Acquisition Corp II to create the largest Nasdaq-listed XRP treasury company. The merger, pending regulatory and shareholder approval, will list the combined entity under the ticker XRPN. Evernorth has secured over $1 billion from investors including Ripple and Pantera Capital. The company also launched a Japanese-language XRP information channel but has not announced local operations there yet.
