CXApp announces 1-for-50 reverse stock split to boost share price and meet Nasdaq rules.

CXApp Inc. will execute a 1-for-50 reverse stock split effective August 18, 2026, to increase its stock price and comply with Nasdaq's minimum bid-price requirement. This move reduces the number of shares from about 117 million to approximately 2.3 million, without changing ownership percentages. The split also adjusts stock options, warrants, and equity awards accordingly. CXApp aims to protect its Nasdaq listing and strengthen its capital structure as it expands its AI business.
