
Cadillac Mines Corporation announced the pricing and upsizing of its initial public offering (IPO) to approximately CA$385 million, selling 47.1 million common shares at CA$6.90 each and 6.3 million special accretive shares at CA$9.52 each. The increase from an initial target of CA$363 million was driven by strong demand. The offering includes new shares issued by the company and shares sold by existing shareholders, with an overallotment option available to stabilize the market. Additionally, Agnico Eagle Limited agreed to a private placement of about CA$60 million. Cadillac Mines will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "CADY" on July 24, 2026. The funds raised will support the company’s exploration and development projects along the Cadillac-Larder Lake fault in Ontario and Quebec.
