FAA certifies Boeing 737 Max 10 after years of delays, clearing way for deliveries.

The FAA has officially certified the Boeing 737 Max 10, the largest model in Boeing's 737 Max family, after multiple years of delays caused by safety concerns and engineering revisions. This certification is a significant milestone for Boeing, enabling airlines like Alaska, American, United, and Delta to begin integrating the aircraft into their fleets. The 737 Max 10 was originally scheduled to start flying in 2020 but faced setbacks following two fatal crashes and required updates to systems such as engine anti-icing. With about 30% of Boeing's backlog tied to this model, the certification supports Boeing's production ramp-up and recovery efforts.

Boeing Co (BA) trades at USD 189.88, down 0.80% as of Oct 21, 2026 02:41 WIB on Pluang. American Airlines (AAL), United Airlines (UAL), and Delta Air Lines (DAL), key customers of the 737 Max 10, are up 4.20%, 2.26%, and 2.92% respectively. These airlines show strong buying interest on Pluang, with UAL and DAL at 100% buy order activity as of the same time.
