Avalanche blockchain technology will underpin the UAEPASS Digital Vault, part of the UAE's national identity platform used by 12.5 million people. The upgrade, led by Deca4 in coordination with the UAE's Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), will enhance the vault's capacity and performance for verifying documents without storing personal data onchain. Ava Labs will provide technical support and infrastructure, ensuring the system can meet growing demand for digital identity services across more than 350 public and private entities. This integration strengthens Avalanche's role in government digital infrastructure while maintaining user privacy and security.
