Applied Digital has completed Phase 1 of its second building at Polaris Forge 1, adding 75 MW of AI operational capacity and bringing the campus total to 175 MW. This on-time delivery highlights the company's efficient execution model and ability to meet customer timelines in building large-scale AI infrastructure. Polaris Forge 1, located in North Dakota, is designed to eventually provide 400 MW of critical IT load under long-term leases. The project supports Applied Digital's AI Factory franchise model, focusing on scalable, sustainable data centers for AI and high-performance computing workloads.
