Amazon switches Prime food delivery from Grubhub to Uber Eats with no fees over $25

Amazon has ended its partnership with Grubhub and made Uber Eats the official restaurant delivery service for Prime members in the U.S. Prime members can now order Uber Eats directly through Amazon's website and app without needing an Uber account, and enjoy free delivery on orders over $25. This move strengthens Amazon's existing ties with Uber and offers added value to Prime memberships. To promote the change, Amazon and Uber are offering $20 off the first order of $25 or more for Prime members during the initial two weeks.

Amazon shares are trading at USD 269.90, up 1.45% as of Nov 05, 2026 18:12 WIB on Pluang. Uber Technologies is also gaining, with its stock price at USD 71.97 and a 3.01% increase on the same date. The move to partner with Uber Eats may influence investor interest given Uber's recent positive momentum.
