Related questions

Q: Is there a subscription or registration fee for Web Trading?
No. You log in to Web Trading with your existing Pluang account, so there is no separate registration, subscription or access fee.

Q: When does the currency conversion fee apply?
Only when you convert IDR to USD, or USD back to IDR, for example to fund a US Stocks trade. It is charged at the conversion, not on the trade, so trading from a USD balance you already hold adds no conversion fee.

Q: Are top-up and cashout fees different on web?
No. Top-ups and cashouts use the same Pluang balances whichever platform you trade on, so the same fees apply. The current rates are at pluang.com/en/biaya/biaya-lainnya.
