How to Cancel a USDT Earn Deposit or Redeem Request on Pluang
You can cancel a USDT Earn deposit or redeem request on Pluang in under a minute from the In Progress tab on the USDT Earn page, while its status is still Requested and before 09:00 WIB on its batch day. A cancelled deposit returns to your Available to Transfer balance at once; a cancelled redeem returns to your Earn Balance and keeps earning.

Before you start, make sure:
- The request's status is still Requested and it is before 09:00 WIB on its batch day: the same day for a request placed before 09:00 WIB, the next day for one placed at 09:00 WIB or later. The batch runs every day, weekends and public holidays included.
- You know that once the batch has run, a request can't be cancelled: a deposit carries on through its 13-day deposit period, and a redeem through its 13-day withdrawal period. To get USDT back from a deposit that is already active, redeem it instead.
- Your Pluang app is on the latest version.
4 Steps
Open the USDT Earn page
From the Pluang home screen, tap Wallet, open the Crypto tab and tap Earn on the USDT card.
Open the In Progress tab
Scroll to Earn Transactions and tap the In Progress tab. It lists your deposits and redeems that are Requested or In Progress.
Tap the request you want to cancel
Tap the Deposit USDT Earn or Withdrawal USDT Earn row to open its detail page, and check that the status is Requested. To load the latest status, pull the page down or tap the refresh line.
Tap the cancel button
Tap Cancel Deposit Request for a deposit, or Cancel Withdrawal Request for a redeem. The status changes to Canceled and the request moves to the History tab. A cancelled deposit is back in your Available to Transfer balance straight away; a cancelled redeem is back in your Earn Balance and keeps earning.
