Is there a fee to top up on Pluang?

It depends on the method. Direct BCA Transfer is free, a Virtual Account top-up costs a flat Rp4,995 or Rp1,665, and QRIS and GoPay charge a percentage of the amount. Every fee except Direct BCA Transfer includes 11% VAT, and Virtual Account and QRIS fees are deducted from the amount you top up. The method also decides which balance the money lands in.
