FAQ article

When can I withdraw proceeds from selling Indonesian stocks on Pluang?

After you sell an Indonesian stock on Pluang, the sale proceeds settle into your RDN (Rekening Dana Nasabah) on T+2 — two business days after the trade date — and you can only submit a withdrawal once that settlement completes. T+2 is an IDX (Bursa Efek Indonesia) clearing rule processed by KPEI (Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia) that applies to every broker on the exchange, not a Pluang-specific delay. Once funds land in your RDN, withdrawal is free if you cash out to the same bank hosting your RDN (Bank Jago or BCA); a different bank costs Rp2,900 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is Rp10,000, and Pluang blocks any withdrawal that would leave your RDN balance below Rp1.

Related questions:

Q: What is T+2 settlement and why does it apply to my stock sale?
T+2 means your sale proceeds are credited to your RDN two business days after the trade date. It's an IDX clearing requirement processed by KPEI that applies to every stock broker in Indonesia.

Q: Is there a fee to withdraw from my RDN after selling stocks?
It depends on the destination bank. Withdrawing to the same bank hosting your RDN (Bank Jago or BCA) is free; a different bank costs Rp2,900 per transaction.

Q: What's the minimum balance I need to leave in my RDN when withdrawing?
You must leave at least Rp1 in your RDN at all times — Pluang blocks any withdrawal that would bring the balance to Rp0.

Q: Can I use unsettled stock sale proceeds to buy other stocks?
No. Funds only become usable for new purchases once T+2 settlement completes and they're credited to your RDN.
