How long does an RDN top-up take on Pluang?

An RDN top-up on Pluang has a maximum processing time of 1×24 hours from when your bank transfer is sent, though most transfers land far sooner. Because top-up is a direct bank transfer straight into your RDN — at either BCA or Bank Jago, whichever bank you chose — speed largely depends on the transfer method your sending bank supports: BI-FAST or standard interbank transfers typically clear in minutes to the same day, while same-bank transfers (e.g., BCA to a BCA RDN) tend to be fastest of all, often near real-time. Unlike topping up Pluang's general IDR Cash Wallet, which carries a Virtual Account fee of Rp1,500–Rp4,500 depending on amount, RDN top-ups go directly to your Bank Jago or BCA account via bank transfer and are not subject to any VA fee at all — Pluang does not charge anything for the RDN top-up itself.

RDN top-up speed by scenario:

ScenarioTypical Speed
Same-bank transfer (e.g., BCA → BCA RDN, Bank Jago → Bank Jago RDN)Near real-time
Interbank transfer via BI-FAST (any bank → BCA or Bank Jago RDN)Minutes to same day
Maximum processing time (worst case, per Pluang's stated ceiling)1×24 hours from time of transfer

Why top-ups sometimes take longer than expected:

  • Transfers made late at night or right before a bank's cut-off may not fully process until the following business day, even though the RDN top-up mechanism itself has no cut-off
  • Interbank transfers depend on both banks' clearing systems, not just Pluang's side
  • If your RDN balance doesn't update after 1×24 hours, contact Pluang Care with your transfer confirmation for investigation

Related questions:

Q: Why hasn't my RDN top-up shown up yet?
Most top-ups reflect within minutes to a few hours, but the process can take up to 1×24 hours depending on your sending bank and transfer method. If it's been longer than that, contact Pluang Care with proof of transfer so they can trace it.

Q: Does a same-bank transfer to my RDN arrive faster?
Yes, generally. Transferring from a BCA account to a BCA RDN, or from a Bank Jago account to a Bank Jago RDN, tends to be the fastest option since it doesn't rely on interbank clearing — often closer to real-time than the 1×24 hour maximum.

Q: Is there a minimum top-up amount for the RDN on Pluang?
No. There is no minimum top-up amount for the RDN — you can transfer any amount your sending bank allows, though very small amounts may not be practical once regulatory fees are factored into your next trade.

Q: What should I do if my RDN top-up doesn't appear after 1×24 hours?
Contact Pluang Care through in-app live chat, email, or the call center, and provide your transfer confirmation (amount, date, destination account) so the team can trace the transaction between your bank and the RDN.
