Can I Cancel or Change My Indonesian Stock e-IPO Order on Pluang?

You can cancel your Indonesian stock e-IPO order on Pluang, or change the number of lots, only during the Book Building stage. Indonesian stock trading on Pluang is facilitated by PT Pluang Maju Sekuritas, a Securities Company licensed and supervised by OJK (KEP-196/PM/1992), together with PT Sarana Santosa Sejati, a Level II Securities Brokerage Marketing Partner licensed and supervised by OJK (4/PM.02/STTD/MPPPE/2024). A change can only be to the number of lots, not to your book price or the declarations you answered, and it replaces your order with a new one, so the app briefly shows the change as in progress. After you cancel, the held amount is released to your RDN buying power, and you can place a new order until the Offering period ends. Orders placed during the Offering stage can't be cancelled or changed, so check the number of lots before you submit. You can have only one order per IPO.

Good to know

  • Not going ahead with a Book Building order: you can cancel it during Book Building. If you don't confirm it during Offering, it isn't processed and the held amount is released.
  • Wait for a change to finish. While a cancellation or change is in progress, you can't make another one; the app asks you to wait until it completes.
  • Orders are managed in the app. Cancel or change an order on the IPO's page in the Pluang app, where your order and its status are shown.

Related questions

Q: Why does my e-IPO order show that a change or cancellation is in progress?
Because every change or cancellation is sent to the IDX e-IPO system and processed there before your order updates. A change to the number of lots cancels your old order and creates a new one in its place. Wait until the status updates before you try anything else; the held amount in your RDN is adjusted once it's done.

Q: Can I change my book price after I've ordered?
Not directly. During Book Building you can change only the number of lots. To use a different book price, cancel your order and place a new one with the price you want, before Book Building ends. Remember that if your book price is below the final IPO price, your order may not go through.

Q: Can I cancel an e-IPO order after the Offering stage starts?
Not if you placed it during Offering: those orders are final once submitted. A Book Building order needs your confirmation during Offering to go ahead, so if you no longer want it, don't confirm it. An order you don't confirm isn't processed, and the amount held for it is released to your RDN buying power.

Q: Can I place two orders for the same IPO?
No. Each investor can have only one order per IPO. To order more or fewer shares, change the number of lots on your existing order during Book Building. If you've cancelled your order, you can place a new one until the Offering period ends.
