FAQ article

What payment methods are available to top up my RDN on Pluang?

The only way to top up your RDN on Pluang is a direct bank transfer to your RDN account number, held at either BCA or Bank Jago — whichever bank you chose during Indonesian Asset Verification. This is different from topping up Pluang's general IDR Cash Wallet, which supports Virtual Account, BCA Direct Transfer, GoPay, and QRIS: none of those methods apply to the RDN, because the RDN is a segregated securities cash account, not a platform wallet. The sending bank account must be registered in your own name — a transfer from someone else's account will not be accepted for compliance reasons. Because this is a direct bank transfer rather than a Virtual Account deposit, none of the Rp1,500–Rp4,500 VA top-up fees that apply to the IDR Cash Wallet apply here — Pluang does not charge anything for RDN top-ups regardless of amount or transfer method.

How to top up your RDN on Pluang:

  • Find your RDN account number inside the Pluang app, under the RDN or Top Up section
  • Initiate a bank transfer from your personal bank account — any bank — to that RDN account number
  • Make sure the sending account is registered in your own name; a third-party transfer will be rejected
  • There is no minimum top-up amount

Related questions:

Q: Can I top up my RDN via e-wallet (GoPay, OVO, DANA) or Virtual Account?
No. E-wallets and Virtual Account are supported for Pluang's general IDR Cash Wallet, but not for the RDN. The RDN can only be funded by a direct bank transfer to your BCA or Bank Jago RDN account number.

Q: Is there a minimum top-up amount for the RDN on Pluang?
No. There is no minimum top-up amount for the Pluang RDN — you can transfer any amount your sending bank permits, though very small amounts may leave too little for a full lot purchase after fees.

Q: How do I find my RDN account number?
Your RDN account number, at whichever bank you chose (BCA or Bank Jago), is shown directly in the Pluang app under the RDN or Top Up section — you'll use this number as the destination for your bank transfer.

Q: Does it matter which bank I transfer from?
Not for eligibility, but it affects speed — transferring from an account at the same bank as your RDN (e.g., BCA to a BCA RDN) tends to be faster than an interbank transfer, which depends on both banks' clearing systems.
