Why Is My Global & Yield Asset Verification Pending or Rejected?
Global & Yield Asset Verification on Pluang usually stays pending because the review takes up to 1–2 business days, and it is rejected when some of the data you submitted is incomplete or needs correcting. The Pluang app shows your status, and for a rejection it shows which part to fix, so you can update it and submit again. Your Basic Verification must be complete before you can start, but Indonesian Asset Verification is not needed.

Global & Yield Asset Verification unlocks US Stocks and ETFs, US Stock Options and IDR Yield. It also opens your Pluang Commodity Account automatically, the account in your name used for US Stock transactions through PT PG Berjangka, so there is nothing separate to apply for.

Q: How long does Global & Yield Asset Verification take?
Up to 1–2 business days after you submit complete and correct data, and it can be quicker. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays, so a submission made just before a weekend can take longer in calendar days. The result appears in the Pluang app.

No. Only Basic Verification has to be complete. Indonesian Asset Verification is a separate step for Indonesian stocks and mutual funds.
