If you get a notification to do the EDD process, please select the “Complete Enhanced Due Diligence” menu.

Please click on the identity verification menu “EDD” to continue the process of the Pluang application.

Please complete all the required data during the EDD verification process from Pluang. After that click “Confirm”

After you fill out the form above, your additional verification will be processed within 1-3 (one to three) working days at the latest.

Congratulations! Your EDD verification request has been accepted and successfully verified.
