Bank Verification Failed
You’ve tried to verify your bank account in the Pluang app, but the verification failed. This may happen due to a mismatch between the bank account name and your registered KTP name. As a result, you are unable to link your bank account for deposits or withdrawals.

Cause 1: Your bank account name has different name spelling with your name in registered ID / KTP in Pluang.

Step 1: Check on your bank account number, make sure it’s right.

Step 2: Make sure the number you entered belongs to a bank account, not an E-wallet or Virtual Account.

Step 3: Your bank account name has a different name/spelling with your registered name in Pluang.

Step 4: You have to adjust your bank account name to be exactly the same with your name in KTP / ID. You can ask for adjustment to the bank side.
