Why Was My Withdrawal Rejected?
A withdrawal is rejected for one of three reasons: the name registered in Pluang doesn't match your ID card, your ID card name doesn't match the destination bank account name, or the destination bank account is blocked or dormant. Each cause has a specific fix — use the table below to identify yours.
Problem: Withdrawal shows "Rejected" status.
| Cause | What It Means | Resolution |
|---|---|---|
| Registered name ≠ name on ID card | Pluang's records show a different name from your e-KTP | Contact Pluang Care to request a registered name correction |
| ID card name ≠ destination bank account name | The bank account owner name doesn't exactly match your ID | Use a different bank account where the owner name exactly matches your ID name |
| Destination bank account is blocked or dormant | The bank has suspended transactions on the account | Use a different active bank account |
Important: Pluang sometimes proactively corrects minor name discrepancies between your registered name and ID. If your withdrawal was rejected for reason 1, the Pluang team may already be handling the correction. Contact Pluang Care to confirm.
