Related questions:

Q: Why does a large withdrawal (≥ Rp250,000,000) take longer?
Withdrawals of Rp250,000,000 or more are processed through the RTGS or SKN inter-bank routing system, which requires 1–2 business days rather than the standard near-instant processing.

Q: Why does my very first withdrawal take 1–3 days?
If you have no prior investment activity on Pluang, your first withdrawal requires a one-time additional verification that can take up to 3 calendar days.

Q: Does "In-Progress" always mean there's a problem?
No — it simply means the withdrawal is being processed. Wait for the relevant timeframe before reaching out to support.

Q: My withdrawal has been In-Progress for over 3 days — what should I do?
Contact Pluang Care at tanya@pluang.com or via in-app live chat with your withdrawal details so the team can check the status.
