Why is my withdrawal taking longer than usual on Pluang?
A withdrawal normally arrives within 15 minutes. It takes longer when it's sent during bank downtime (22:00–05:00 WIB), is Rp250,000,000 or more, is your first withdrawal with no investment history, meets a bank network issue, or is held for extra review during unusually high withdrawal volume. It isn't cancelled: it completes or, if it fails, returns to your balance.
| Symptom / Condition | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| You withdrew between 22:00 and 05:00 WIB | Banks have scheduled downtime overnight, so the withdrawal is queued for the next banking session | Wait until the next morning. It can take up to 1×24 hours |
| You withdrew Rp250,000,000 or more | Large withdrawals go through the RTGS or SKN interbank system | Allow 1–2 business days |
| It's your first withdrawal and you haven't invested on Pluang yet | A first withdrawal with no investment history goes through a one-time additional verification | Allow up to 3 calendar days |
| The withdrawal is still processing even though you sent it during the day | The sending bank may have an intermittent network issue | Allow up to 1×24 hours |
| None of the above applies, and the withdrawal is still processing | During periods of unusually high withdrawal volume across Pluang, some withdrawals are held for extra review before they're sent | No action is needed. The withdrawal isn't cancelled or failed, and it continues automatically once the review is done |

Related questions:
Q: Can I cancel a withdrawal that's taking a long time?
No. Withdrawals can't be cancelled once they're submitted. A delayed withdrawal still continues, and if it fails, the amount returns to your Pluang balance automatically.
Q: Should I submit the withdrawal again?
No. A delayed withdrawal is still being processed and continues on its own. Submitting again creates a separate, second withdrawal from your balance.
Q: Is my money safe while the withdrawal is delayed?
Yes. A delayed withdrawal is either credited to your bank account or, if it can't be completed, returned to your Pluang balance.
Q: Do RDN withdrawals follow the same timings?
No. RDN withdrawals for Indonesian stocks have their own rules, including a daily downtime from 23:00 to 04:00 WIB. See the RDN cash-out articles for details.
