Pluang does not run on a rooted phone or on an emulator, and blocks access when it detects either. This is a deliberate security check, not a bug and not a problem with your account. Rooting removes the built-in separations that keep each app and its data isolated from every other app, and an emulator is desktop software imitating a phone. Both are the setups fraudsters and malware rely on to reach things they should never see — your PIN, your one-time codes, your identity documents. Because Pluang holds your money, your investments and your identity data, the app only runs on a genuine, unmodified phone. If you are blocked, open Pluang on a normal phone that has not been rooted, with the app installed from the official Google Play Store or App Store.
