What things should be ensured for top up via Virtual Account?
- To be able to top up via Virtual Account, users must first carry out basic verification.
- Make sure the virtual account number you use for top up matches the one listed on the VA top up menu of your Pluang application.
- VA numbers can change at any time without prior notice, so please ensure that you use the latest VA number for every top up you make.
- Make sure that the name of your destination VA is the same with your registered name on Pluang.
- Make sure the transaction you made has been recorded in the "History" menu with the description "Top Up" on the Pluang app.
- The minimum top up amount using VA is IDR 10,000,- excluding top up fees.
- The maximum top up amount using VA varies for each bank, generally up to Rp9,999,999,999. Please check the transaction limit on your each mobile banking app.
