What is an authenticator?

Authenticator is a multi-factor authentication (MFA) system that generates a Time-Based One-Time Password (TOTP). This feature serves to increase account security by adding an additional layer of security beyond PIN, biometrics, and SMS OTP, thus providing additional security protection for every Pluang account user.
