You can recover your authenticator by entering the secret code on a new device or app.

You can contact Pluang Care via the 24/7 interactive live chat service in the application or ask via email tanya@pluang.com. For security reasons, the Pluang team will verify your identity first. After the authenticator is reset and reactivated, you will only be able to make crypto transfers after 48 hours.
