Yes, you can change your registered email address through the Pluang app or you can contact Pluang Care's 24-hour service via email at tanya@pluang.com and live chat on the app, Cuan Friends! However, for a smooth verification process, you must prepare the following data:

1. The old email address registered on your Pluang account
2. The new email address you wish to use
3.  A valid ID document (ID card/passport)

Once you have provided this information, we will notify you via your registered email address.
