About Invesco S&P 500 Low Volatility ETF
The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (the "index Provider") compiles, maintains and calculates the underlying index, which is designed to measure the performance of the 100 least volatile constituents of the S&P 500 ® Index over the past 12 months as determined by the index Provider.

In seeking to track the performance of the index, the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 95%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index includes companies that have been identified as energy companies by the GICS®, including securities of companies from the following industries: oil, gas and consumable fuels; and energy equipment and services. It is non-diversified.
