About Smart Tbk.

The Company began its business under the name of PT Maskapai Perkebunan Sumcama Padang Halaban in 1962. In 1970, the Company was returned to the foreign party and converted its status to PMA (Foreign Capital Investment). Further in 1985, the status of the Company was converted to PMDN (Domestic Capital Investment). The Company then in 1991 changed its name to PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Technology Corporation or abbreviated PT SMART Corporation. In 1989, the Company acquired 100% shares of 2 oil palm plantations, PT Maskapai Perkebunan Leidong West Indonesia and PT Perusahaan Perkebunan Panigoran. The Comapany the also acquired 100% shares of PT Maskapai Perkebunan Indorub Sumber Wadung, tea plantation. In 1991, the Company took over 100% shares of PT Nirmala Agung; tea plantation, PT PT Global Agronusa Indonesia; banana plantation, PT Mulyorejo Industrial Company; a producer of cooking oil, margarine and shortening, and acquired a 25% stake in PT Grahamas Indojaya; transportation company. Prior to the public offering in 1992, the Company took over 100% shares of PT Kunci Mas Wijaya, 49% shares of PT Inti Gerakmaju; hybrid coconut and an oil palm plantation, and a 49% shares of PT Tapian Nadenggan; an oil palm plantation. The Company then acquired 50% shares of PT Sinar Meadow International Indonesia; producer of cooking oil, margarine and shortening, and PT Sinar Pure Foods International; a tuna canning operation. In 1993, the Company took over two oil palm plantation, PT Kresna Duta Agroindo which ia located in Jambiand PT Pilinti Perkasa Alam then changed its name to PT Ivo Mas Exim, which is located in Riau.

About Indo Acidatama Tbk

PT Indo Acidatama Tbk formerly PT Sarasa Nugraha Tbk. (Company) was established based on the notarial deed of Sri Rahayu, S.H., No.5 dated December 7, 1982. The deed of establishment was approved by the Ministry of Justice in his decision letter No. C2-1433.HT.01.01.TH.85 dated March 18, 1985. The Company’s articles of association have been amended several times, most recently by deed No.55 dated December 30, 1998 of notary Ny. Indah Fatmawati, S.H., substitute notary of Ny. Fatimah Helmi, S.H., notary in Jakarta to comply with Law No.1 year 1995 on Limited Companies, and with Capital Market Law No.8 year 1995. The amended articles of association were approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia in his decision letter No.C2-5462.HT.01.04.TH.99 dated March 29,1999.The Company is located in Jl. Raya Serang Km.24. 5i, Balaraja, Tangerang and its factory is located in Cibodas, Tangerang, West Java. The Company started commercial operations on February 1, 1984.
