The stock offers a high dividend yield of 13% and trades below the consensus price target of $24.80. Recent Q2 2026 results highlight strong net interest income growth, though mortgage market volatility remains a concern.

Fundamentally, revenue declined to $38.4B in 2025 with net income falling to $2.35B, though cash flow improved to $2.42B. Recent news highlights board governance disputes and a $2.6B decarbonization investment announced in June 2026.

The outlook remains cautious with mixed analyst ratings (40.5% buy, 48.7% hold) and a $17.13 consensus target. Risks include volatile iron ore prices and execution challenges, but stable cash flow and low debt provide some resilience. Upside depends on commodity demand recovery and cost management.
