The Company’s articles of association has been amended several times, most recently by notarial deed No. 145 of Aulia Taufani, S.H., dated Jul 21, 2010, concerning among others, the change in the Company’s name, equity, public company and for the amendments in the company's whole articles of Association to comply with the requirements of the Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency.
