At the first time until 1996 this company was focusing in construction. Leasing and office building maintanance and apartment surrounding Kuningan area, Jakarta.

PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (the Company) was established based on notarial deed No. 9 dated June 1, 1989 of Linda Ibrahim, S.H. The Company has extensive operational experience in the business of shipping, in particular the provision of a fleet of offshore (offshore vessels) to support the upstream oil and gas industry.
