The Company started its commercial operation in July 1, 2015. The Company’s immediate parent company is PT Mulia Jaya Palma and the ultimate controlling shareholder of the Company is Samuel Jeffrey Christiawan Soegeng.

About Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Perusahaan perseroan (Persero) PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk was originally a part of “Post en Telegraafdienst”, which was established in 1884. The government separated postal & telecommunication services in 1965 into two state-owned companies, PN Pos & Giro and PN Telekomunikasi, respectively.
