The notarial deed was approved by the Ministry of Justice in his decision letter No.J.A5/104/10 dated December 1, 1958 and was published on State Gazette No. 55, Supplement No. 332 dated July 11, 1961. The Company has branches in Medan, Pekanbaru, Bandar Lampung, Bogor, Cirebon, Surabaya and Samarinda.
