The Company was established on Oct 6th, 1989.The articles of association have been amended several times, most recently on Aug 2, 2005, concerning among other the change of par value, equity and public offering. The company started its operation since October 1996 and was the 3rd biggest company in Indonesia for the number of customer and income.
