Why are Pluang customers required to choose between BAKTI or the District Court?

As part of OJK regulations, if a dispute arises in the future between PT PG Berjangka and a customer (an issue that cannot be resolved between PG Berjangka and the customer), the customer may choose to resolve the dispute through BAKTI (Commodity Futures Arbitration Board) or the South Jakarta District Court. This ensures that the issue can be resolved properly and appropriately.
