What is “Arbitration”?

“Arbitration” is a method of resolving civil disputes outside the general court system between disputing parties based on an Arbitration Agreement. In arbitration, the parties grant authority to an Arbitrator (Arbitration Tribunal) to issue a decision on the dispute at the first and final level.
