TeraWulf announced Q2 2026 revenue of $44.8 million, driven largely by HPC lease revenue, and increased its operational data center capacity to 102 MW at Lake Mariner with 336 MW under construction. The company expanded its power-backed infrastructure in Kentucky by acquiring the Muskie Data Campus and signing a 20-year lease with Anthropic for 401 MW, expected to generate approximately $19 billion in contracted revenue. TeraWulf also agreed to sell its interest in the Abernathy Joint Venture for $530 million and received regulatory approval for acquiring the Morgantown generating station, supporting future growth. These moves position TeraWulf to scale its high-performance computing infrastructure aligned with growing AI demand while maintaining strong liquidity for development.
