TeraWulf secures Google credit support and Fluor EPC deal for $19B Anthropic AI data center project

TeraWulf has secured credit support from Google to back debt financing for its $19 billion AI infrastructure lease with Anthropic at its Kentucky data campus. The company also signed a definitive engineering, procurement, and construction agreement with Fluor to expand its capacity to build the data center. These moves strengthen TeraWulf's financing and construction capabilities, aiming to convert long-term contracts into steady cash flow. Completion milestones are set from late 2027 through mid-2028, supporting TeraWulf's strategy to grow its AI and high-performance computing infrastructure backed by investment-grade credit.

TeraWulf shares are trading at USD 12.03 with a 3.99% decline as of Nov 04, 2026 20:22 WIB on Pluang, reflecting some market caution despite the new financing and construction agreements. Alphabet Inc (GOOGL), which is providing credit support, is up 0.70% at USD 282.00, showing investor confidence in its backing. Fluor Corporation (FLR), involved in the EPC agreement, also gained 1.10% to USD 48.52, indicating positive sentiment around the project’s expansion.
