SurgePays, a wireless and fintech company, has formed a joint venture called Redline Wireless Group with a major US wireless distributor to expand prepaid wireless services across more than 20,000 independent dealers nationwide. This venture combines SurgePays' MVNO infrastructure, including the LinkUp Mobile brand, with the distributor's extensive dealer network. Redline aims to be cash flow positive from its first month and targets over 1 million subscribers in the coming years, expecting to generate higher revenue and profit than previous SurgePays subsidiaries. SurgePays will hold a 51% controlling stake and plans to consolidate Redline in its financial statements.
