Starknet launches Shinobi upgrade with native privacy and Bitcoin integration via strkBTC.

Starknet's Shinobi upgrade is now live on Mainnet, introducing built-in protocol-level privacy for the first time. This upgrade enables private transactions for ERC-20 tokens, including Bitcoin through the new strkBTC wrapper. Two governance votes on strkBTC's bridge and staking eligibility are open until May 7, allowing community input on its operation.
