SOLV Energy has agreed to acquire Roberson Waite Electric, a California-based utility substation construction and services provider. This acquisition expands SOLV's capabilities in the regulated utility market, supporting grid modernization and resilience efforts. Roberson Waite Electric brings specialized skills and strong utility relationships, enhancing SOLV's existing platform in solar, energy storage, and high voltage infrastructure. The deal is expected to close by Q3 2026, with RWE continuing to operate under its current leadership as part of SOLV Energy.
