Sentinel Capital Partners has agreed to sell Autronica Fire and Security, a fire and gas detection systems provider based in Norway, to MSA Safety for approximately $555 million. This divestiture is part of Sentinel's strategy to concentrate on its U.S.-based detection businesses, Det-Tronics and Fireye, after also selling the Marioff division earlier in 2026. Autronica, known for its advanced safety technology in critical infrastructure and maritime sectors, is expected to continue growing under MSA Safety's ownership. The deal highlights Sentinel's focus on optimizing its portfolio and MSA's expansion in safety technology markets.
