Schwab U.S. Large-Cap Growth ETF rated 'hold' as GARP ETF shows better growth and fundamentals.

The Schwab U.S. Large-Cap Growth ETF (SCHG) remains a high-quality and resilient fund but is rated 'hold' due to a better alternative in the GARP ETF. GARP offers stronger earnings growth, a cheaper forward price-to-earnings ratio, and higher quality fundamentals, outperforming SCHG by 7.33% since the last review. Both ETFs are heavily invested in tech stocks, and with expected slower earnings growth next year, some price-to-earnings compression is anticipated to balance roughly 20% earnings per share growth. While SCHG is solid, GARP's fundamentals make it a slightly better choice currently.
