Rigel Pharmaceuticals announced Q2 2026 total revenues of $78.7 million, driven by $67.0 million in net product sales and $11.7 million from collaborations. The company expanded its commercial portfolio by in-licensing VEPPANU™, the first FDA-approved PROTAC for certain advanced breast cancers, expected to launch in the U.S. mid-August 2026.
