Raydium's Legacy AMM V3 program was exploited due to a validation flaw allowing an attacker to bypass proportion checks and drain $1.34 million from five inactive liquidity pools. The attack did not affect current Raydium programs, SDK, or user interfaces, as these pools were deprecated and inaccessible since 2021. Raydium will fully compensate affected users from its treasury and is conducting a comprehensive security review to prevent similar issues. The exploit was a logic error isolated to legacy code, with no key compromises or risks to active systems.
