
Plurilock Security Inc. has closed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $2.44 million by issuing 24.4 million special warrants at $0.10 each. The company increased the total offering size from $2.5 million to $3.3 million to support the development of its AI-native cyber resilience platform and expand its Critical Services in defense and commercial markets. Special warrants will convert into common shares either after a prospectus supplement filing or four months post-closing. Additional tranches are expected, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval. Insider participation was $75,000, and proceeds will also cover general working capital needs.
