The project started in December 2025 and has grown to 2,079 tokenized mortgage entries by September 2026, each containing detailed borrower and loan data. The company plans to migrate its full $10 billion mortgage portfolio to this blockchain system, aiming to improve transparency and risk assessment without changing the legal nature of the loans. Pineapple also holds $100 million in Injective tokens and plans to launch a mortgage data marketplace and a blockchain-based investment product called Pineapple Prime.
