Star Princess debuts in Seattle, launching weekly Alaska cruises from May to September 2026.

Princess Cruises has introduced the Star Princess, a next-generation sphere class ship, in Seattle for its inaugural Alaska season running from May 3 to September 13, 2026. The ship will operate 20 weekly roundtrip voyages from Pier 91 through Alaska's Inside Passage, visiting key destinations like Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway, and Sitka. The launch included a maritime plaque exchange and a drone show celebrating Alaska. Princess Cruises also pledged community support with donations to local Alaska organizations. This debut expands Princess Cruises' Alaska offerings, which include eight ships and 180 departures in 2026, enhancing the travel experience with local culture and nature-focused activities.
