MacDonald brings over 18 years of legal and leadership experience in mining-related construction contracting and commercial affairs, previously serving as General Counsel at Dumas Contracting Ltd. This move supports Osisko's advancement of its Cariboo Gold Project in British Columbia, aiming to enhance operational and commercial management as the project progresses.
