Corteva's seed and genetics spin-off rebrands as Vylor, aiming to advance agricultural innovation globally.

Corteva announced that its advanced seed and genetics business, previously known as SpinCo, will be rebranded as Vylor, Inc., with the separation planned for Q4 2026. Vylor will leverage over 4,000 germplasm patents and 2,000 biotechnology patents to drive innovation in crops like hybrid wheat and disease-resistant corn, aiming to help feed and fuel the world. The new brand reflects a century-long legacy and a commitment to advancing agricultural science and sustainability. Vylor will start strong with a leading seed production network and top market shares in key crops globally.
